Ceramics

We manufacture and sell silicon nitride (Si3N4) ceramic products.
We can accept orders for a single unit, and manufacture and sell products with short delivery times at low costs, and provide products that meet clients’ needs through dialogue with them from the product designing stage.
The slip casting method is used for molding, enabling us to manufacture hollow and irregular shaped products such as bent pipes (i.e.elbow pipes).
For sintering, either the pressureless sintering or reaction sintering method is selected according to the purpose of use and the environment in which the product is used.
Furthermore, in order to improve thermal shock resistance, composite ceramic products with BN (boron nitride) or other additives can be manufactured.

Information on ceramics products

For almost half a century from 1976, when we began research into silicon nitride production, to the present day, we have established technologies for in-house production of raw materials, diverse technologies for sintering, production technologies of composite materials, and manufacturing technologies for various irregular shaped products.

  • Silicon nitride protection tubes (for thermocouples)

Silicon nitride protection tubes (for thermocouples)

This is a protection tube made of silicon nitride (Si3N4) with high resistance to corrosion from molten metals such as aluminum. The material is the standard NSSN (grade name). We offer protection tubes individually or thermocouple sets consisting of protection tubes and thermocouple wires. (The groove position, length, dimensions, etc. for fixing the protection tube can be adjusted to meet specific needs.)

  • Bubbling pipes (molten metal reforming: Degassing components)

Bubbling pipes (molten metal reforming: Degassing components)

This product is used to remove hydrogen gas and non-metallic inclusions in molten metal that cause product defects (blisters, etc.) when casting aluminum products. This product has a porous body attached to the tip of a silicon nitride (Si3N4) pipe, and is available in three types: straight type, 90 bend, and 120° bend. The porous parts can also be selected as per client’s request (three types: SiC, carbon, and silicon nitride).

  • Heater tubes (heater protection tubes)

    Heater tubes (heater protection tubes)

We manufacture heater tubes made of silicon nitride (Si3N4), which has excellent corrosion resistance against molten aluminum. Through this, the heater can be used continuously for a long period of time. There are two types of immersion systems, vertical immersion and horizontal immersion, both of which are superior in terms of electric power cost, and we can provide both types of immersion systems.

  • Immersion heaters

    Immersion heaters

The “CERASAIVER,” which incorporates a heat source in the heater tube, is a compact immersion heater developed for heating molten aluminum and other materials. This product can be used at the outlet of a holding furnace for high-precision temperature control, and is often requested by clients who desire fine control of molten metal.
Please feel free to contact us for more specifications such as output capacity.

  • Fine ceramic powder coating spray

    Fine ceramic powder coating spray

This coating material was developed to prevent the adhesion of dross (molten metal and oxides) and can be applied to ceramic products and refractory materials that are inserted into molten metal.
It demonstrates excellent mold-releasing properties for a long period of time at a high temperature of 800°C.

We can accept orders for a single unit, and manufacture and sell products with short delivery times at low costs.
